Where reasoning ends and professional responsibility begins
Definition: This policy draws the boundary of the service. STRATAFORM establishes decision confidence and orchestrates open questions during a Journey; the Property Decision Dossier records that position and names the regulated professional who must close each remaining point.
A decision-support service is only safe when its limits are stated as clearly as its conclusions. This page states them.
What STRATAFORM does
Collects and organises sources and documents for one property, states an evidence state for each element, expresses the confidence attached to each conclusion, names the uncertainty that remains, and orchestrates the open questions into a sequence of next steps with a responsible party for each.
What STRATAFORM never does
It does not certify a fact, value a property, issue an energy certificate, confirm planning conformity, clear title, give legal, notarial, technical, tax or investment advice, approve financing, or make forward-looking financial guarantees or projections.
It does not act for a seller, and it does not represent a buyer before a counterparty.
Who carries the decision
The buyer does. STRATAFORM prepares the decision and makes it defensible by showing what it rests on. Human and professional confirmation is expected before any legally binding commitment.
Automated analysis and human oversight
Automated models assist extraction and reasoning. Their outputs are labelled as machine interpretation until a human review confirms them, and the model version used is recorded with the conclusion so a past position can be reconstructed.
Clarification requests and their limits
A buyer may ask STRATAFORM to clarify how a conclusion was reached, which source it rests on and why the confidence is stated as it is. Those answers explain the reasoning; they never extend into advice reserved to a regulated professional.
Where a question can only be answered by a notary, a lawyer, a surveyor, an engineer, an energy certifier, a tax advisor or a lender, STRATAFORM says so and identifies the professional, rather than offering an opinion it is not entitled to give.
Questions buyers ask
Does STRATAFORM replace a notary?
No. It identifies what the notary must confirm and why, before the deed.
Are model outputs presented as facts?
No. They remain machine interpretation until a human review confirms them.
