Definition: These terms govern use of STRATAFORM. They state that the service establishes decision confidence and never certifies, that one paid Journey covers one property, and that the resulting Property Decision Dossier is for the buyer’s own decision.
By using STRATAFORM you accept the terms below. They are written to keep the boundary of the service explicit rather than buried.
What is agreed
These terms govern the use of the service and the purchase of a Property Decision Record. Using the service means accepting them in the version published on the day of use.

Given the nature and scale of the processing carried out, Chainplug Srl is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR. Every request may be sent to the contact address above.
Price, payment and access
Prices are shown before payment and include applicable VAT. Payment is handled by the payment provider; access is granted only after the provider confirms the payment to us. Opening a record costs nothing, and nothing is charged until you choose to continue.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract under the Italian Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU. Because the service is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked to consent expressly to immediate performance and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun.
If delivery has not begun, or if the service fails to deliver what was purchased, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Provide accurate information about the property you are examining.
Keep your access credentials confidential.
Use the outcome for your own decision, without reselling it as an independent professional opinion.
Boundary of the service
The service establishes what is known about a property and what is not. It is not legal, notarial, tax or valuation advice, and it does not replace a professional you appoint. Where evidence is missing, the service says so instead of inferring a conclusion.
Liability
We answer for the accuracy of what we state and for the correct execution of the service. We do not answer for decisions taken on facts that public sources do not disclose, nor for the acts of third parties. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
Every change produces a new version with its own effective date, recorded in the change history at the end of this document. Purchases already made remain governed by the version in force on the day of purchase.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law governs this document and the service it describes. Disputes fall to the competent Italian court. Mandatory consumer rights under Italian and European Union law remain untouched, including the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.

One property and one buyer decision.
Can conclusions be presented as a certification?
No. They are decision support and must not be represented as a professional certification.
