Standing behind an Italian property decision as a buyer
Definition: A buyer using STRATAFORM starts from a listing and reaches decision confidence on that single property. The guided Journey collects sources and documents, states the confidence attached to each element, and closes in a Property Decision Dossier the buyer owns and can forward.
Buyers are asked to commit a deposit while the seller holds most of the evidence. STRATAFORM changes the order: it establishes what can be shown, states what is still missing, and turns each gap into a next step with a named owner, before money moves.
What a buyer starts with
A listing link, an address, or the documents already received from an agency or a seller. Nothing else is required to begin.
The submitted material is read for what it actually establishes. A floor area advertised in a listing is recorded as claimed by the advertiser, not as a measured fact, and the difference is visible from the first stage.
What a buyer receives
A confidence position for the property as a whole, and for each element of it: ownership, cadastral correspondence, planning conformity, encumbrances, energy record, and the seller’s capacity to transfer.
The evidence behind each position, with its state and its source, so the reasoning can be inspected rather than trusted.
The open questions, each with the document that would close it, the professional entitled to produce that document, and the order in which they are worth pursuing.
A defensible written position to bring to a partner, a lender, an agency or a professional advisor.
How the Journey progresses
The Journey stays open while the purchase is live. When a document arrives, its evidence state changes and the affected conclusions are recomputed, so the position never silently ages.
The Property Decision Dossier records that history: what was known at each moment, what changed it, and what was still uncertain when the buyer decided.
What is out of scope
STRATAFORM is decision support, not a regulated professional service. It does not certify, value, or give legal, notarial, technical, tax or investment advice. Every conclusion names the remaining uncertainty and the professional who must confirm it. Operated by Chainplug Srl (VAT IT06730770481), Italy.
Questions buyers ask
Do I need documents before starting?
No. A listing link or an address is enough. Missing documents are treated as open questions rather than as obstacles to starting.
Can I share what I receive?
Yes. The Property Decision Dossier belongs to the buyer and is meant to be forwarded to a partner, a lender, an agency or a professional advisor.
Is a received document treated as verified?
Never. Received and verified are distinct evidence states, and the difference is shown wherever a conclusion depends on it.
