Which storage is needed to keep your decision work
Definition: This notice lists the cookies and local storage STRATAFORM sets. All of them are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to preserve the confidence position built during your Journey, so that a Property Decision Dossier is not lost between visits.
STRATAFORM keeps this surface deliberately small. Nothing is stored to profile a visitor, and nothing non-essential is activated without prior consent.
What is stored on your device
Only storage strictly necessary to run the service is used: the authentication session, the language preference, and the record of your consent choice. No advertising cookies, no profiling, no cross-site tracking.
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. Should any non-essential technology ever be introduced, it will be disabled until you enable it.
How consent is given and withdrawn
Consent is granular, recorded with its date and version, and as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Refusing optional processing never limits access to what you purchased.

Written requests receive a written answer within thirty days. Use the certified address for formal notices and the contact address for everything else.
