The confidence the €290 payment buys, and when it is refunded
Definition: This policy states what the €290 payment gives access to and when it can be returned. Payment opens the guided Journey for one property and access to the Property Decision Dossier it produces; refund availability depends on whether that work has started.
The rules below are written so a buyer can see, before paying, exactly where the line between a refundable and a non-refundable state falls.
What the payment gives access to
One assessment of one property: the confidence position, the evidence behind it, the open questions with their responsible professional, and the institutional export of the resulting decision material.
Before work starts
If the assessment has not started, a refund is available on request. Consumer withdrawal rights under Italian and EU law apply and are not reduced by this policy.
After work starts
Once the assessment has started or access to the decision material has been granted, the work has been delivered and a refund is reviewed case by case rather than granted automatically.
Where STRATAFORM cannot process the submitted property because of a fault on its side, an unsupported source or a failed extraction, the remedy may be a retry, a manual review, a replacement assessment, a credit or a refund.
Duplicate payments, misuse and how to request review
Duplicate payments for the same property are refunded in full. Repeated purchase followed by repeated refund requests, account sharing, competitive monitoring and bulk extraction are treated as misuse and may be refused.
Write to hello@chainplug.ai with the payment reference and the property concerned. A named operator reviews the request and answers with reasons.
A review answer states which stage the assessment had reached, what had already been delivered, and the reasoning behind the outcome. Where a refund is declined, the reasons are given in writing so the decision can be challenged.
Professional services are separate
Fees paid to a notary, lawyer, surveyor, engineer, energy certifier, tax advisor or bank are agreed directly with that professional and are outside this policy. STRATAFORM never collects them and cannot refund them.
Statutory consumer rights under Italian and EU law continue to apply in full and are not limited by anything written here.
Questions buyers ask
Can I withdraw before the assessment starts?
Yes. A refund is available on request until the work begins, and statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
What if a duplicate payment is taken?
It is refunded in full.
